Nanny placement—family-first, fixed fees

When you are ready for a long-term nanny, we use a straightforward fixed-fee model—predictable cost, clear deliverables, and no percentage of your caregiver's salary. Explore packages below or start with Nanny Placement.

Our transparent approach

How fixed-fee placement compares to a typical percentage-based model.

  • Flat placement fee agreed before the search begins
  • Aligned incentives — we are not motivated to maximize a candidate's salary to raise our fee
  • Predictable total cost for budgeting and household planning
  • Personalized search, vetting, and placement support end to end

Typical percentage agencies

  • Often 15–25% of first-year salary, so the fee grows with pay
  • Compensation can influence how the agency is paid
  • Harder to predict until you know the hire's package
  • Experience varies from high-touch to transactional

If a DIY search does not result in a hire within 90 days of consulting with us, families may apply 25% off a full placement package (details at engagement).

Part-time, household-manager-only, temp, and hybrid roles are quoted after intake. Published fees do not include nanny wages, taxes, or third-party background pass-through costs.

Which package fits your family?

Signature and Premier both include the full placement path you expect from a boutique agency: discovery, matching, interviews, vetting, offer support, and help navigating employment paperwork and payroll introductions. The experience and team attention are the same; the distinction is how much support you want after the nanny starts.

Signature pairs well with families who want a thorough search, confident onboarding, and a defined replacement guarantee window—without anticipating heavy advisory needs past the first season.

Premier adds a longer guarantee period and more runway for post-placement questions, schedule adjustments, and backup coverage planning—often chosen for first-time household hires, complex schedules, or when multiple caregivers are in the mix.

You do not have to commit to a tier on day one. Many families choose the package that matches their comfort level at the time of hire; we are happy to talk it through on a short call.
